What we do with what you tell us.
We keep what you tell us only as long as we need it, we use it only for you, and we never sell it.
This site is run by Crucible Patterns LLC.
When you send us a note
Your message reaches us by email. We use it to reply to you and keep it as ordinary business correspondence.
When you ask for a first plan
We keep your answers, the plan we write from them, and your reply, so we can show you the plan and follow up. We delete them 90 days after our last exchange with you, unless you become a client.
To write the plan, we send your answers to an AI service under business terms that don't allow them to be used to train its models.
Who can see it
Only the people at Crucible Patterns who reply to you. We don't sell or share it, and we don't use it to train anything.
Your private link
The link in our email opens your plan without a password, so please don't forward it. We record when it's opened and when you reply, so we know you've seen it. It stops working after 90 days.
In your browser
If you mark an example as resembling your work, your browser remembers it until you close the tab. The public pages don't use tracking or advertising cookies; signing in to the client portal uses a cookie to keep you signed in.
Changing your mind
Write to hello@cruciblepatterns.com and we'll delete what we hold about you.
